Find the money on your floor. Every week, in plain English.

Casinos already hold the data: rated play, offers, redemptions, mail files, purchasing, POS. Caddie reads it every week and hands your team the answers: which players are getting more than they give back, who is slipping away, which invoices do not match the bid, and what to do about each.

What we take over

The questions your team asks every week, answered before the meeting.

We work from the exports your marketing, finance and purchasing teams already pull. No connection to the gaming system, no licensing conversation. Each agent answers one recurring question and names the accounts, invoices or outlets behind the number.

Marketing programs

Two programs operators asked us for.

Both came straight from casino marketing teams: the weekly gift is chosen by gut, and the promo calendar was built for slots. Each is a data problem your property can already answer.

Gift program optimization

Pick the gift that fills the floor, not the one the vendor pitched.

Weekly gifts run $12 to $20, high-end gifts $75 to $100, and most properties choose them from a vendor catalog and a hunch. The only metric that matters is gaming volume on the day. We read years of gift calendars against play to find what actually moves each segment.

  • Gifts ranked by play, not redemptions. Every past gift day scored on the volume it produced against a normal day, by player tier, season and weather.
  • Segment-level picks. Players grouped by age, ZIP and play pattern, matched to the gifts their group has shown up for. The chainsaw week tells you more than the survey ever will.
  • Free-play opt-in as the tell. When a gift pulls players away from the free-play alternative, it is driving visits. When it does not, the free play was the cheaper reinvestment.
  • Offer adjustments built in. High gift redemption with low play flags a player for a lower offer, automatically, the way your best marketer already does by hand.

Table games marketing

A calendar for table players, not slot rules stretched to fit.

Most properties run table games on a promo calendar designed for slots, and it shows. The players worth having at a table can lose $5,000 to $10,000 in a trip and carry theo of $500 to $1,500. Many regional casinos barely have them. We find who they are, what they respond to, and build the offers around them.

  • Table-first segmentation. Table players scored on their own behaviour, trip value and game mix rather than slot points that never fit them.
  • Acquisition targets. The mid and high rollers your property is missing, profiled from your own best table players and the competitors' footprint.
  • Offers that suit the game. Match play, tournament seats, hosted events and dining, tested and measured on table drop instead of slot handle.

Free play reinvestment
$4.46 / $1

The worst promo tier gave $4.46 for every $1 earned back.

Across 85,000 rated players, the agent compared free play given to value earned, player by player. Nearly 18,000 players were underwater; the biggest leak was a small group of frequent redeemers. Capping their offers to what they return is worth about $10M a year.

Player call lists
509 players

The regulars slipping away, named before they were gone.

Every account with a regular pattern was checked against its own history. 509 regulars worth $3.5M were going quiet; 133 valuable players were receiving no offer at all. Each list ranks by value and says why the player is on it.

Campaign measurement
$0.52 back / $1

A win-back program measured for the first time.

The property’s inactive-player mailer looked successful on response rate. Measured on theo per promo dollar, it returned 52 cents on the dollar. The calendar was rebuilt around the campaigns that did pay back.

F&B purchasing
100% of lines

Every invoice line checked against the bid, nightly.

The RFP sets the price; nobody enforces it. The agent reads purchasing exports and contract PDFs and lists every invoice line above bid, every off-contract buy and every catch-weight drift for purchasing to dispute.
